This is a mutton recipe and it can be made in very easy recipe, we will learn how to make stew style.
So let's learn how mutton stew is made and what is its full mutton recipe.
Ingredients:
- 500g mutton
- 5 Medium size onions
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tsp salt or as per taste
- 3-4 red chilli
- 3-4 green chilli
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 Mace
- 4-5 green cardamom
- 10-12 black pepper corn
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 bay leaves
- 3-4 cloves
- 1/2 cup oil
Preparations:
First of all, we will take a pressure cooker and put oil in it and when the oil gets slightly hot, then we will add garam masala to it after frying the garam masala for a while, add the onion in it and fry it till the onion becomes soft.
Now we will add mutton, after that we will add chopped garlic and ginger and chopped red chillies and add salt as well and mix them all well and fry the medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes and now we will add 1/3 cup water.
Now we will stop the pressure cooker and put one pressure on high heat, after that we will reduce the heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes until the mutton is complete.
Now after 10 minutes we will remove the pressure of the cooker and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes at high heat until the mutton water becomes dry.
Now we will add the yogurt after mixing it well and cook it again until the water of the yogurt becomes dry and the oil is not visible.
Now we will put Coriander leaves and Green Chilli on top of it and mix it and serve it.
