This is an American Chop Suey recipe which today we will make it with vegetable and noodles.
It is very tasty and it is also very soft, you can make it easy at home.
So let's learn how to make American Chop and what is its easy recipe.
Ingredients:
- 100 grams noodles
- 2-3 tbsp corn flour
- 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot chopped
- 1/2 cup French Beans chopped
- Oil for fry
- 1/2 cup cabbage chopped
- 1/2 cup below Sprouted Moong pulse
- 2-3 tbsp Tomatoes sauce
- 1.5 tsp soya sauce
- Salt as to taste
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp chilli sauce
- 5-6 sweet basil leaves
Preparations:
Put 3-4 cups of water in a large pot and let it boil, when the water comes to boil, add 1- 1.5 teaspoons of oil and half a teaspoon salt put in it break noodles in boiling water, and boil them until they become slightly soft. Take the noodles in 5 to 6 minutes. Sieve the boiled noodles with a sieve and wash them by adding cold water over them. The blossomed noodles are ready by boiling.
When the noodles cool down, add 1 or 1/2 table spoon corn floor and mix them.

Put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, put the noodles in it and shape it into a round plate. After frying from one side, flip the noodles and fry them by crisping on both sides. Take out the prepared noodles in a plate. Now fry the remaining noodles in a similar way and prepare them.
Leave 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and take out the remaining oil. Put carrots, beans, capsicum, cabbage and moong pulse in hot oil. Stir the vegetables continuously on high flame for 2 minutes, fry the crispy.

Now add 1 cup of water, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt and bring it to a boil, finely chop the sweet basil and pour the con floor into 2-3 tablespoons of water, add vinegar and stir well Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame while mixing.
Turn off the gas and take out the sauce in a bowl. To serve, take a round of fried noodles in a plate, put the prepared sauce on top of the noodles, and serve hot, you will like it with crispy noodle spicy sauce.
Suggestion:
To make vegetable sauce you can add vegetables as per your choice like baby corn, mushrooms etc. Chilli sauce can be done little or little more as per your choice.
