Ingredients:-

  • Chicken: 800 grams
  • Tomato: 4
  • Green chilli: 4
  • Garlic: 10-12 pieces
  • Ginger: 1/2 (half) inch
  • All purpos white four: 25 grams
  • Courn floor: 2 teaspoons
  • Curd: 100 grams
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Corainder lives: 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Chicken Masala: 2 teaspoons
  • Cumin Seeds: Half a teaspoon
  • Kasoori methi: 1 teaspoon
  • Butter: 50 grams

Preparations:-

1). First of all, wash the chicken in a bowl and keep it in a bowl and mix it well by adding the corn flour, maida, turmeric, chilli, coriander powder, salt and keep it covered for 5 minutes.

2). And till then after a pan on the gas and add oil to it.

3). Then add cumin seeds and when a little cumin burns, add garlic and ginger pieces and cook for a while.

4). Then add the tomato pieces and fry them lightly.

5). And then grind it into a mixer to make a paste.
Now place the pan / pan on the gas again and add some oil to it and fry the chicken

6). Here, I have fried all the pieces of  served Chicken. (if you want You can also eat fried chicken).

7). Then add a little more oil to the remaining oil and add turmeric, chilli, coriander powder and roast it. (spices in oil cook very quickly).

8). Then add tomato paste and roast it.

9). Then put chicken fry in it and add chicken masala and cook it for 10 minutes by covering it.

10). Then fry the karoosi methi on low heat.

11). And mash it on the hand and put it in the chicken and put butter in it from all the sides. And now your butter chicken is ready, take it out in a fork and heat it.

How to serve butter chicken:-

While serving butter chicken, you can garnish it with cream, coriander leaves and green chillies. You can eat it with bread, fried rice, pilaf, kachori, and many other things.
